The last bulk "release" was quite generous, I managed 4J LAX-SYD QF12 to round out my OWA.
Here's hoping for similar this time....

I'm sure QR members will not be too hurt. It takes all of 1 second to move their Avios from QR to BA ha.

I think the previous owner of AFF was a bit butthurt about sending clicks to the competition. But with a new owner now, this kind of policy could change.

Not likely a popular opinion but these additional point seat releases in the premium cabins hurt more then help actual frequent flyers versus those collecting points via any and all methods on the ground.. means far less opportunity for upgrades on purchased flights to popular destinations.

Personally I'd prefer to see it limited to main cabin for full point redemptions - in all my years of flying with status I have never redeemed a flight in full for points of any cabin.
