I flew the a330 from Almaty to ICN and the seat was horrendous. It was literally the seat cloth and then the mechanics of the seat.
No padding whatsoever, and of course it’s angled seat.
I think they were rated a 5 star airline which is incredible.
Service and food were great

About 7 years ago I flew to Uzbekistan with Asiana Airlines in economy and I was dreading it. The flight from Sydney to Seoul was very comfortable and great service. The flight to Tashkent horrendous
