LHR T3 lounge crawl Saturday 6 June 2026

Just gauging that this is still going ahead so I can start travel planning. @JessicaTam I will organise for to be on a BA J rewards flight but no longer have QF status so will have access to J lounges only.

Certainly is going ahead. There will only be one lounge that we may not be able to enter. All the others are fair game. ;) Don't worry about access to the OWE lounges; there is usually an overflow of people who can guest.

Make sure your BA flight leaves from T3 as there is no access if it leaves from T5.

16 months to go and counting!

Something to note

I don't see any issues with access to the qf, ba or aa lounges but cx f could be tricky depending on the numbers. They are quite keen to capacity control to allow their elites/flights to have access and there's a quite a few flights a day. Timetables not loaded yet for 2026 Jun , but an example day is something like
8.35,9.20,12.20,17.00,18.20,20.10,22.15

I did a bit of a lounge crawl yesterday at LHR T3. I was flying out on BA (on a flight departing T3) and my brother (with no status) was on JL. We were able to get into the BA, AA, QF and CX lounges with no problems, although I did see some people getting turned away from the CX lounges with staff citing capacity. Hopefully the lounge crawlers next year will be able to access the CX lounges as they're probably the best ones.

Flying BA and with status, I was able to check in basically whenever I wanted. My brother on JL was only able to drop his bag 3 hours before departure. Something to be aware of when considering which airline/flight to book out of LHR if you're attending next year's lounge crawl.
