One of things I found interesting upon reflection was the different standards of medications I was given at pharmacies and by pharmacists in all three countries.
In China they really pushed Chinese herbal medicine.
In Japan they give you a laminated questionnaire that you must read and tick off. They were very strict.
In South Korea it was open slather. I was given pretty much anything within reason.
