Withdrawing from Qantas Pay ?

Has anyone tried pulling money out of Qantas Pay via bank transfer?

I've decided since it looks like travel to the US is off for the foreseeable future I may as well pull my USD out of Qantas Pay, but the transfer keeps failing with a generic "We're experiencing technical difficulties" message.

Can I expect this to work eventually? Has anyone ever successfully done this?
 
Never mind... worked out it's because the card was locked. The app says it doesn't affect transfers but clearly it does :mad:
