I recently went to Thailand, during my travels they stamped my boarding pass with blue ink and put it back in my passport. I didn’t notice then, but when I came home I realised there are blue ink stains on the 2nd page of my passport opposite my data page with my photo and information which is in good condition. The ink stains don’t block anything about my data - signature and photo is still visible. The ink stains covers some writing about aboit the OBSERVATIONS elements of the passport. I’m wondering if these blue ink stains would cause any issues when I decide to travel again back to Thailand.

Ink stains should not be an issue, usually it’s excessive wear or water damage (from washing your passport accidentally) that can cause problems. Have not been through Thailand for awhile but if you were going to strike any issues Indonesia is the country. If your concerned a replacement with the same validity can be had for around $200

Agree. I think it’s mainly (only?) Indonesia that seems to have problems with marks and minor wear on passports.

It doesn’t look significant from the picture posted by the OP.
