anyone had luck with J to F QR upgrades SYD DOH or DOH SYD using points?

Iver been trying to upgrade DOH SYD J to F and keeps coming up unavailable( of course) but chat stated there is no extra points needed for airport upgrade.
I thought I read somewhere its almost double.
any thoughts>
