Been on hold on 131313 (Qantas) for more than 90 min now... Is this some sort of joke...? Seriously there is something very wrong here...:evil:
 
Tempted to try it myself but don’t want to get in trouble after having seen a report on 000 prank calls on the news tonight :o
 
Close to 110 min now... still no Qantas Customer service....

Joke, sad, shame, pathetic, welcome to the new qantas experiance...!
 
I still don't get how people wait so long. I don't doubt it but even calling as a NB or for a NB I've never waited more than 20 minutes.

I'd hang up and try again, or try in the evening where the demand might not be so great
 
part of me wants to wait just to see how long one has to wait...

Feel sorry for the poor sole working on the call desk, perhaps they need to have two not one...
 
just left the phone on speaker... been watching the tv...its been over 2 hours now...

Not good in anyone's language unfortunately
 
Goodnight all... 3 hours and still listening to how wonderful Qantas are (all be it in the back ground watching the TV)

Lets see if it is still going in the morning lol...

Well let's just say that the shintaro clan will be earning QFF but flying on SQ.....

Unfortunately Qantas no longer wants to participate in our family holiday

Edit: rebooked cancelled Qantas flight with sq and all.on edr credit card...plus kris points when we flyy
