Been on hold on 131313 (Qantas) for more than 90 min now... Is this some sort of joke...? Seriously there is something very wrong here...:evil:

Close to 110 min now... still no Qantas Customer service....

I still don't get how people wait so long. I don't doubt it but even calling as a NB or for a NB I've never waited more than 20 minutes.

I'd hang up and try again, or try in the evening where the demand might not be so great

Unfortunately Qantas no longer wants to participate in our family holiday
