I made it to SG last week and thought that I'd see if I could access the Admirals Club (AC) with my NB QF card which I brought on the trip.
Here are 2 tips but the first one is probably not for everyone.
Tip 1:
On presenting my NB card I was welcomed into the lounge as a QP member. When I pointed out that I wasn't a QP member the angels told me that I must be as I had presented the QP card. I had to show them that, in fact, it was a NB card. They obviously don't see many and the fact that it looked so similar to them as a QP card had fooled them completely. I'm not sure whether or not they had scanned it into their machine before welcoming me or were just going to let me in without bothering to scan it. So, the NB card might be worth hanging on to if you want to try this cheeky method of accessing the ACs.
Tip 2:
I posted the other tip in this AA thread. It's useful if you're on an SC run or happen to have reached a higher level since making your original booking:
