I've got to 13 of 20 listed.

I can't believe that I have visited 16 of these cities.

As with all such lists, there can be various interpretations and various versions. I assume this list is "20 Cities most visited by foreigners". New York City, for example has a big chunk of domestic visitors (in the order of 40m/year), and I think Las Vegas as well, which is not a huge destination for foreigners has a massive number of domestic tourists.
