24 hour sale NZ to Oz - works on NZ site, not on DJ

Had an Air NZ email offering some cheap fares ex-NZ, the day after my Mum asked for some tickets - perfect timing!

Much as I loathe the DJ TT product, the convenience of the HLZ flights is worth a lot to my Mum, so checked the DJ NZ site - and yes, the same 24 hour sale is on the virginaustralia.com/nz site.

Problem is, someone forgot to load the fares into the DJ reservation system. So I can book the same flights on DJ metal for $320 on the NZ site, or $500 on the DJ site. I can't find any discounted fares over the promotion period on DJ.

Very frustrating. I'd rather DJ have the revenue + I'd prefer the ability to sort the seats online - but can't muck around and see if they fix it - 10 hours already gone on the sale.

Just managed to pick AKL-SYD-AKL on DJ site for $320. Looks like they have loaded the new pricing.

Yes, I bought the same (well actually $370 including baggage and CC fee) for my Mum. Their IT seems a complete shambles - this is the second one of these promotions that they've managed to misconnect with their marketing.
