I don't check the Amex site often, but has anyone rang up to use this deal yet?

Save 25% when you purchase a qualifying Premium Economy class fare between any city on Virgin Blue’s Domestic Network before 31st August 2010.

Subject to “W” booking class availability. All reservations must be made through the Platinum Travel Service and paid for on the Platinum Card.

I assume the Westpac Krisflyer Platinum isn't eligible for this as its not a 'true' platinum amex.

Not sure.. easiest way to find out would be to just call Concierge and ask (either the Westpac or Amex version 1800673760)

That would be my assumption as it seems to be booked by Platinum Travel.
