It says one the qantas site

You can now earn 3 points per A$1 spent at over 200 restaurants, bars and cafes around Australia.

To earn your points when you are dining, simply swipe your Qantas Frequent Flyer card^ - if you pay with a credit or charge card that allows you to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points, you'll earn points twice, once with the card provider and once with the restaurant.

I don't have/carry my QFF card with me, don't know if ive even got one,

so if I use my CBA credit card, do I just pay my bill normally and get credite the points 8 weeks later?

This has been known for a little while.

You need to carry your card with you and give it to them when paying, they’ll swipe it in addition to your credit card, and your points should post in the time specified, but sometimes it takes a little longer.

If you don’t have a card, for whatever reason, you can phone Qantas and ask for a replacement, but it’ll cost you a few $.
