QBEPromo

Cost for up to 49 years of age excluding USA is $162 and worldwide $269.

This is the cheapest I have seen it offered and you also receive QFF points and they accept Amex.

Hope it helps someone.

Thanks JohnK, just about to renew my annual policy.

Anyone had experience with claiming/support from QBE? I generally use cover more as their service is first rate, but at that price would be happy to switch if their service stacks up?

Service is pretty average and a claim I did was not paid in the promised timelines, I had to chase it up.

I think I'll stick with Cover More then, a bit more expensive but they're pretty rock solid.

One day I am going to be able to work out these gimmicks.

As mentioned in the OP the 30% discount on the policy brings the price to $162. There is a current 10% discount that brings down the price of the policy to $173!

Not too difficult to work out the 30% discount is applied to the RRP where as the 10% discount is applied to the already discounted premium.

P.S The link in OP still works and I forgot to pre-purchase my policy.
