Hi guys thought i would share this hear if anyone is interested.

I recently signed up to pay.com.au to earn some additional points for our business for ATO payments and suppliers that dont accept Amex.

Process was very easy, signed up got verified and verified my Amex card, everything was all setup and verified within hours.

What caught my interest was the 10,000points initial pay.com.au sign up bonus using a referral code for both the referrer and also the recipient. When you process $10,000 of transactions in the first 30 days.

Also in addition to that on my Amex Velocity plantinum card there was an offer if you sign up to pay.com.au and process $10,000 in transactions by mid December you also receive 20,000 bonus velocity points so sounded like a win win for me.

While the conversion from the pay.com.au to velocity isnt that great (2.5 payrewards = 1 Velocity, you also earn points from the Amex transcation that i wouldnt normally get.

So to give you a breakdown on this signup reward converted to Velocity points see below.
Payrewards sign up bonus 10,000 points converted to velocity 4000points
Payrewards on the $10,000 transactions, 20,000 points converted to velocity 8000points
Amex sign up bonus 20,000 velocity points
Amex points on the $10,000 transactions 15,000 velocity points

Total Velocity points earned = 42,000 points

There was fee's on the pay.com.au for the $10k in transactions which was around $450 give or take however once you take the gst off that and claim as an expense really thats less 40% so in total around $270 out of pocket for the 42,000 points. Sounds worth it to me.

If anyone is interested please use my referral code to receive the 10,000 bonus points with pay.com.au for both you and me. referral code: 266B22
