Thanks for posting.

It is not like I need the extra calories but I will make sure I order diet coke with the Big Mac meal. ;)

I'll use this for coffee with two friends this afternoon! Thanks for posting!

From reading the offer, is that only available once off or is it available for several transactions, at one point i thought it was for just one?

I think just one.
I will be spending approx $12 at maccas this weekend, so after the $5 credit it will cost me approx $7 :) lol

LOL thanks :) Just thinking out loud :)
I was in 3 Unit Maths in year 12 haha

As Maccas counts as a restaurant, anyone who recieved the targetted bonus points offer can spend $20 on this offer, get $5 back and still earn the points I think. so becomes 1000+ points for your overall $15 spend.

I think the third step gives it away
:)
  1. Register your card

Simply register your eligible American Express Card via the secure enrolment form.
  2. Use your card

Use your registered Card when you visit any McDonald’s or McCafé restaurant in Australia and spend over $10 in a single transaction between 15 – 31 October 2012.
  3. Receive a statement credit!

Receive a $5 credit back on your statement. Limit of one $5 credit per Cardmember.

Received the credit on both cards registered. Spent just over $10 each time.

Still trying to lose the calories.
