The Qantas American Express Ultimate Card
The Card with up to 50,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer points

It's simple. Apply to be a new Qantas American Express Ultimate Cardmember by 15 April 2010, be approved, and you could be on your way.*
The way the points add up:
  • The first time you make a purchase on the Card you'll earn 5,000 points.^
  • If you spend $4,000 on purchases within the first three months of becoming a Cardmember, you'll earn an additional 42,500 points.^
  • Plus, earn a further 2,500 points after your first Card spend on selected Qantas products and services in Australia.+
That's a total of 50,000 points, which is equivalent to a return trip from Sydney to Bali.
More ways to earn points

Watch your points balance go up and up, just by using your Card for everyday expenses.
You'll enjoy the accelerated earning power of 1.5 points for every dollar spent on purchases,# so using your Card for things like your petrol and groceries can really help build your points balance fast.
With American Express® accepted at even more places, you'll have more opportunities to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points than ever before. In 2008 alone, over 55,000 businesses in Australia signed up to accept American Express® Cards, and this number continues to grow.~
Making your journey more memorable

The Qantas American Express Ultimate Card is more than a great way to earn points. It also gives you more of the things that make your travel rewarding. You'll receive a Qantas domestic Economy return flight** between selected Australian capital cities every year (after your first purchase in Australia on selected Qantas products and services+). To make your journey even more comfortable, travel insurance comes standard when you purchase eligible travel on your Card.^^
Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Awards, or any reward you like

Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Awards give you the freedom to use your points for any Qantas or Jetstar flight that has a QF or JQ number at times that best suit you.++ Peak time, early morning or the last flight home, the choice is yours as long as there's a seat available. You can also use your points for a range of over 1,000 products, experiences and vouchers (for delivery in Australia) from the online Qantas Frequent Flyer Store. For all these features, there's an annual Card fee of $450.
How could you spend your 50,000 points at the Qantas Frequent Flyer Store?

You could use your 50,000^ points for $300 worth of Myer Gift Cards or a return flight from Sydney to Bali. With hundreds of items to choose from, your 50,000 points will take you a long way.##
