TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. To benefit from this offer, the Le Club Accorhotels member must first register for the offer by clicking on the button "Register for this offer" and following the instructions afterwards.
  2. This offer is only valid for one stay per member during the offer's validity period, for a stay between January 28, 2014 and December 31, 2014 at one of the hotels participating in the Le Club Accorhotels program. Reservations must be made between January 28, 2014 and February 18, 2014. The bonus is applied to the member's first stay during the offer's validity period.
  3. This offer entitles Le Club Accorhotels and Accor Advantage Plus loyalty program members, regardless of their status, to benefit from earning five (5) times more points at one of the participating hotels around the world.
  4. The number of bonus points for this offer is calculated based on "Classic" status.
  5. The reservation for the stay must be booked online (via accorhotels.com or the site of one of the brands participating in the Le Club Accorhotels program), using our accorhotels.com mobile application, or through the Accor Reservation center. Other booking channels are not eligible for this offer.
  6. The loyalty card or member number must be provided at the time of reservation, and must also be presented at the hotel reception desk at the time of check-in.
  7. Le Club Accorhotels bonus points will be credited to the member's account within 10 days following check-out from the hotel.
  8. In the context of this offer, a stay is considered to be one (1) reservation made by a Le Club Accorhotels member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. A reservation made by a member for several rooms is only counted as one (1) stay.
  9. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offer or advantage and does not apply to groups.
  10. This offer is subject to conditions and availability. Terms of sale apply for specific reserved public rates at each hotel.

Thanks for pointing this out. I was briefly very excited as I'm about to book, with friends, about 15 nights around Europe in mid year - all Accor as they have Gold status and sort of insist on Accor (I also have Gold, but I happily 'sleep around' elsewhere ... so to speak).

But I see the offer is only for one stay (your first). Better than nothing, but kinda limiting.
 
Just registered thanks. Probably won't get points as my only accor stay in this period is already booked and prepaid but just in case.

When I read the terms, I understand it to be the first stay that was booked after registration. I have 2 stays next week booked prior to registration, so the 5x offer should apply to my first stay booked after registering, which will be 4 nights instead of just 1. Does this seem correct?
 
Of course I've already booked all my holiday accommodation :rolleyes:.

I think the offer may have been retroactively applied to a stay we had at the MGalleries Leura in late January. Somehow my account was credited with 2040 points (which I was going to chase up given nothing previously posted). Anyway, the maths is not quite right but I think I ended up with 5x 400 instead of 2x 400 (normal platinum earn at this property is 2 points per euro). It doesn't really bear any resemblence to the amount we spent at the property, but I guess the important thing is i can get 40 euro off my next accor stay (2000 points = 40 euro discount). So it was worth registering, even if they did balls up the dates and payments (it worked in my favour).
 
Has anyone other than quokka77 received their bonus points?

I haven't received either the hotel stay points or the bonus points.
 
No experience here as no bookings made in the eligibility period. When was the expected posting date?
 
Checked out on 28th February, so based on Accors 7 day posting policy, well overdue. Booking is showing up in previous booking.

i have logged a missing points claim and mentioned that it should have been the x5 stay as well. It was a $1400 stay, so expecting lots of points.
 
Just got back from Sydney where we stayed at the Mecure, bagged just under 17,000 points for 3 rooms over 4 nights. I registered for the 5x promotion after I had booked too. Pretty happy with that!

I didn't do well on this promo, registered and then stayed 3 nights... should have been a good haul but the hotel processed the stay as 2 nights and then 1 night separately. You guessed it, Le Club decided to apply the 5x bonus to the single night. I wrote to them and after a month they replied telling me there is nothing they can do about it, sorry !

I'm so 'over' Le Club constantly messing up the points, its not worth the struggle and there are plenty of other good options out there.
 
I finally received my base points and bonus points. No where near as much as Wezza but at least I got them.:)
