Just realised that I haven't posted in here yet, after joining back in October 2018 and having made a few posts.

So here goes...

Hi everyone!
MathNerd here, a high school maths teacher in Melbourne. Apart from maths, I love anything flying related (especially if it's in the pointy end). My wife (newly-married) reckons that I look forward to journeys more than the destination and can't understand why I'd want to spend 14+ hours on a metal tube (SQ A380 in J or R) at ~900 km/h. It was through AFF where I learnt of SQ Suites and flew SQ Suites MEL-SIN for the first flight of our honeymoon. What an experience.

The community here is amazing, welcoming and insightful. Learnt SO much in such a short span of time and try and lend assistance wherever I can.

Thanks all at AFF!

Thanks DR and GC.
It's been the most amazing time, created an account as soon as I discovered AFF.
Looking forward to contributing more and helping out members.

Thank you again everyone.
What a warm and welcoming community :)
Hope to see fellow AFF'ers aboard a flight or in the lounge!

For those of you that mention your time spent on AFF to your family/friends/colleagues etc, be careful about saying things like "I spend a lot of time on AFF" or "It's a great resource" or "I enjoy being a member of AFF", as a simple Google search leads to the first result being for "Adult Friend Finder". To the uninitiated into the wonderful world of (the real) AFF, you might seem a bit strange if they do Google it.
Just a little heads up that may catch out some.
If you've found that people look at you strangely after mentioning AFF to them, now you have a (very likely) possible reason why.
:D:p
