AA Revamping Million Miler

Yes, saw this on Reddit this morning and received a message in the AA app.

I'm one of the legacy multi-million milers (some credit card but mostly EXP for 10 years from when that level was introduced. Plenty of bonus miles awarded for premium cabins etc.).

Assuming the million mile counter is still unable to distinguish between miles accumulated pre-2011 and BIS miles post 2011, fingers crossed I will wake to lifetime* OWE on 1/3/2025.

I am still sitting on about 1.85MM. reach LTG under the earlier model based on total miles earned. Since the MM earning process changed, its been a very slow climb for me towards LTP, so unlikely to more than double my MM total in my foreseeable lifetime, but things may change for me so its worth knowing the opportunity may exist.

I am at 2.6 million miles with only a small amount from flying. No way I could get to 4 million miles now.
