From my understanding there is no set time. We’ve used AA points an over 15 years - AU to EUR and the US, others may have more knowledge.
Yes. I have been watching their flights to establish a time but haven’t been able to work out any consistency.
 
On some seasonal routes within the US, AA may not release award seats until a few months out

Award seats for redemption using AAdvantage miles are now based on dynamic pricing. So you can get an award seat on almost all flights - but the number of miles needed varies based on the current revenue ticket fare. So for AA members, awards are available as soon as a flight is available for sales.

But if you question is related to AA award flights available to QFF members using QFF points for a classic reward redemption, then as @SYD has noted, it is generally 331 days but not all flights will have availability for partner redemptions.
