Hi Everyone,

Earlier this year everyone was so helpful in helping me get in a great SC run in the US, and I'm planning next years already:

April 2010
Target destination is BOS/BDL for 1 week approx. will have a few days post the week in BOS/BDL for potential travel.

Flying Ex MEL and no idea if I should use points for a ASA or classic seat.

Important points to note:
I am paying for this out of my own pocket, so the budget is tight.

So perhaps I will get the ball rolling:
Thinking MEL/LAX with QF (ASA or classic) then straight onto BOS/BDL via DFW in whY.
Post the week in BOS do a flight to MIA and return stopping all stations.

Thoughts? and thanks in Advance

Ryan

An initial find:

$450 USD on AA.com (us site) for BOS-MIA-MCO thats not too shabby for 180 SC's

Double that for return and thats not too bad.

You will be struggling to find anything out of BOS that's decent value. The one you mention isn't bad, but you can get it for sub $2/SC on the west coast to the Caribbean.

Have you tried a search on here? There are a lot of threads talking about YUP/KUP runs that will probably provide you with information. Also, use ITA and Mileage Monkey and just plod away until you find something you're happy with. Once again, look for the Caribbean, but remember that US mainland to Caribbean flights will be I, not A so will credit as J SC's not F.

Thats cool, i'm thinking of perhaps not going direct to BOS, maybe going via the Caribbean, but then again, my luggage getting lost scares me, lol
