This guy seems to have some incredible inside knowledge with AA.

Yep, booked QF1-QF9 in F for March next year (booked mid OCT).

Assumed it must have been around for a while (been a while since I'd used aa miles) so didn't post.

Yep, cant say I know when it was added (less than 3 month, I'd say) but there's a new column, with, thus far, only this sole entry :) Unlike the QR column which has 7.

Is this a public document?
I think what you see is as public as JonNYC can make it.

Thanks for the heads up - I have now held a QF9-QF1 connected for later October, will book the return in a couple of days. (Now to work out what to do from 8am to 9pm as an 001- ticketed booking is not eligible for "Dubai Connect".)

Not even remotely :)

Very welcome and enjoy!

Next for EY to be included !!
That would be amazing, but I'd think, somewhat unlikely. Thus far it's QR and QF that have airline-specific exceptions-- both OneWorld members.

That said, there are faint rumors of a loosening of some of the myriad routing/zone restrictions when/after the new award chart goes into effect

I'm trying to work this out at the moment. Seems many of the hotels have day rooms so will probably try that.

Anyone have any recommendations?

I take it this really impacts those in Brisbane or perhaps those from Syd and Mel who want to generate a stopover in Dubai.

I was hoping an itinerary such as PER->DOH->DXB->LHR might have been doable - but the requirement QF to QF kills that.

Not much different to the DOH connex needing QR to QR ...
