Well after about 7 years of holding gold i'm about to drop to silver, which is a little sad LOL
I know I will still get two lounge passes, but it's not helpful to me when we are a party of 4 (they allow my two kids to come along with Gold)
Can't see myself in a lounge anytime soon :(

You can still buy lounge at at $65 a pop per entry, yes, not helpful in your case, but there is always the option too of as a VFF PS buying an annual pass without the joining fee.
And you can buy econX on VFF which can be a good thing up front of Y.
Better than the strict QFF system of lounge entry and fees.

You could probably look at the ongoing DSC offer and see if you could make any quick status run to retain your gold tier. All the best.

Ongoing DSC offer?
Where do I find details? Sorry, I'm out of the loop

This came up in the conversation recently and I said it was $65 to buy your way in. However, I looked at the website and there's no mention of it.

Might have changed of late but I have bought VAd lounge entry in the past, but that would have been maybe 6 to 12 months ago maybe more.
Its a holding pattern till you get up to VFF SG again.
If lots of VA dom travel might be worth buying a years worth of VAd lounge entry.
$300 I think it is.
20 one way flights till you get back to SG would break even.

Has the DSC offer just been continuously coming up?
I just saw the offer this morning , however the offer terms states it applies to all travel between 1 Feb 2023 - 31 Mar 2023. If your travel dates are within this period , I am certain you can benefit from the DSC offer.
