Access to International lounge - Virgin short haul

Does anyone know whether I can access any lounges at Sydney International before our flights to Fiji on Virgin Australia. We used to access Etihad lounges when we last went to Fiji (pre Covid). I am Platinum and flying Business Class

At this current time, it appears not.

This lounge is very ordinary. I went in April and the food was cold, poor service and they ran out of forks.

Anyone with recent experience asking for vouchers or points compensation?

I assume they won’t pay for a pass into a third party lounge as there is just no system set up for facilitating this, but interested if anyone got this somehow

Unfortunately, no free lounge access (unless you have an AMEX) if you are flying on Virgin's own aircraft for international at this stage.
You can pay $67 to enter one of the Aspire Lounges called "The House" in Melbourne and Sydney: The House - Mel Syd
