Accor ALL Reward Points: Best Use/Redemptions

Through a combination of work and personal travel, I'm starting to accrue a decent sized balance of ALL reward points (helped along by a 3x reward points offer my employer has for work travel). Any viewpoints on the best way to use these points? My understanding is that I can't redeem points for personal stays where I use our corporate offer/rates. Is it possible to redeem points for Accor Plus rates? Or should I be looking to transfer my points elsewhere (e.g. QFF)? Appreciate any thoughts/anecdotes.

The limitation on redeeming for personal stays sounds like an issue between you and your employer but as far as Accor is concerned they’re all the same.

The issue (good and bad) with Accor is redemptions for hotel stays are fixed at 2000 pts = €40 discount. There’s no chart of award nights with exceptional value for an over water bungalow type experience. Still, quite handy if you can use it and probably best use. Otherwise, converting them to FF pts of your choice might be next best.

There's no way I'd convert them to QFF at a 1:1 ratio.

Accor points are worth 3c per point in direct cash terms. You'd be hard pressed to get that sort of direct cash value out of QFF.

As SYD said, there's not a lot of sweet spots given the fixed cash value of points, so I'd simply use them to discount leisure stays.
