My daughter has a flight to SYD - LHR , booked via BA but on Qatar metal, she is having difficulty adding a bag, can't seem to do on either site and wasted 1 1/2 hour on the phone no luck.
Any ideas, obviously she would prefer not doing at airport and getting charged more.
