Adding velocity FF no. to Etihad booking

Hi guys,

Probably a basic question, family member is flying w etihad this weekend and didn't attach their velocity number at the time of booking. Anyone know how to do so online through the etihad website?

I am thinking it would be 1000x easy to have the points/sc's pool rather then do a retro claim

You need to ring Etihad to attach the VFF no.

Is this a fairly painless process? Just give them the reservation number? Do you reckon I could do this on behalf of my family member/pretend to be them?

Can you not do on the EY website any more ? or is that "broken" since they went to the dark side of Sabre........

I wouldn't worry. I forgot to tell the Sydney staff my two daughters numbers and have lodged claims for these. For the return flights, the Dublin checkin staff entered the details and was posted to their accounts one day after ours did.
Got posted far too quick for my liking as one is now working out how to get the remaining 140SC's required for platinum, not bad for someone working FT, studying PT and only one SYD-MEL leg for business.
