I find myself in ADL tomorrow night at a loose end.

Anyone around for dinner?

I was thinking the city or eastern suburbs.

I can do. Thai? Indian? Eastern suburbs works for me.

Not fussed really. How about The Feathers?

That is close to where I am staying.

Not sure if Feathers is operational right now - they are rebuilding. There is an Indian Restaurant a bit further down GHR - opposite Devereaux junction and almost next to the Pizza place. Not been there but it might be ok?

Oh JT - I need to pull out - I am sorry - it would have been great to catch up again. :(

I didn't realise. Hopefully they won't be messing with it too much.

I am sorry to hear that. *sad face*

so how was it - very mixed reviews - would have joined you but had a fringe show

I was quite good. I had the Harissa chicken pizza and Buzz had Paella. We chased our meals down with a couple of beers.

Service was knowledgeable, prompt and cheerful.

I would go there again.

As I live nearby I tend to go there a bit, usually on a Tuesday ;)
Never had a bad meal there. My main criticism is that the tables are rather small, especially for a group of 4.

This was my first visit since the refurb and I was impressed.
The menu has changed and it seems that the prices have gone up :(

Whilst my Paella was not really a Paella, more a risotto, it was quite delicious.

Using an EB voucher the place does represent good value IMHO.
