Hi,

Not sure if I want to continue my Advantage Plus membership, but have a booking (prepaid at member rate), the lady doing the "hard sell" on the phone to make me re-join has told me that booking will no longer be recognised if I do not sign back up - and basically I will loose the money for the booking.

Does this sound right?

Thanks for your help.

Ask her to show you the t&c's of the reservation to support such a claim
Ask her to put it in writing (hard copy) and personally sign with a blue pen

Often in a business meeting I ask people to write a contentious point down and personally sign. Most back away very quickly

This is all I can find on the "conditions of sale".
