Advice on 8 sector status run

Hi,

New to this. Due to a Business Class Etihad trip, I have found myself with 864 SC. However I am traditionally a Qantas and Qantas points user, so I have 0 sectors.

What's the cheapest way for me to do a status run out of Melbourne to both get the 140 SC I need and also the 8 sectors?

Only trying as I have an international trip in September next year to Japan coming and we have 9 family members joining, so the priority seats, upgrades and also the 4 reward seats will be a huge help. Have nearly 550k points saved for it.
