Have no idea where you could buy the demi-sec in Oz. We visited Reims / Epernay in the Champagne district of France earlier this year and tried the LR demi-sec at a well known wine place called "AU 36" at Hautvillers which is not far from Epernay. Unfortunately the LR cellars are not open for tours - which was a disappointment for us. We got our last order of the Brut Premier from Nicks Wine Merchants but they don't list the demi-sec on their website.You may have to pencil in a trip to France !!
