I'm sure that if ADL is the winning option, a few of us could put our heads together to nut out a weekend plan.

hmm, I am torn. ADL QP is great and I quite like Adelaide a city, accommodation should be cheaper than BNE, but my sister lives in Brisbane, so BNE would enable me to get cheap accomodation and a loan car to get around in (not to mention the new QP J lounge that I havent sampled yet). I might sleep on it and vote tomorrow.

Voted for ADL as the dates are more suitable for me, and also I've not been to ADL.

I have voted ADL though TBH any of SYD, BNE, HBA or ADL (or PER another time - I'll be there in Oct anyway) would have done, though BNE had/has 3 FT meets within a year, so do not want to overdo that venue! (yeah I know this is an AFF meet).

I'm quite sure AFF meets will make their way around the nation over time!

I also voted for BNE as this was the only available weekend I have until the end of the year. Not an overwhelming response to the poll....

Poll closes tomorrow. Most times less than 50% percent of people who show interest actually turn up to these type of social gatherings. Unless of course there are people who are interested in going but did not vote.

unsure of my plans yet, but i went for ADL.. Huge QP there!! Plus i have somewhere to stay too.

I am never in the country when its a good time but i voted Adelaide since i like the wine and the 3rd weekend of the month is the last scheduled downtime for 2008 for some of the systems i look after in case i need to do anything like work.

I'll go one better. I think I voted ADL, but BNE is a much better choice for me and would allow me to attend. I wanted to goto te MEL one, but 2 weeks out, work got in the way

Sorry what i worte did not make a lot of sense, i have no specific plans to be either location at that time as yet... and was pointing out the 3rd weekend is almost certianly out where as the 4th weekend i may be able to attend. I would consider attending since i had some NZ flights planned not long after that and it would be sort of one the way.

Haven't voted and deliberately so because I will be overseas for most of November. Watch out for the trip report.

Look forward to making one of these events next year.
