Had an update from OPH today so I am happy there.We recently bought OPH under $2.50 with their net asset value in the $2.90 to $3.00 range depending on the day.
Elders recovered quite a bit today without any explanation.
Looks like interest rates falling will be held up by residential real estate rising in price due to a supply of accommodation shortage.
ok Elders got a broker upgrade.
