Air Asia big sale 2/6/14

Anyone had much luck getting into these sale flights this morning. Launched at 2am AEST and it keeps crashing out..

Scored flights from KL to Gold Coast for 299MYR (about $99AUD) for next year - need to go to a wedding in Asia do have a firm date I need to be there.

No cheap flights to get there - still over $300AUD pp for my dates. Might wait and see what Scoot do. I have plenty of time to organise getting myself over there.

Cheeky buggers charge a higher price for a KUL-SYD segment if it it sold combined with a SYD-KUL flight! Checked 27 April 2015 KUL-SYD: $105 on its own or $169 with a SYD-KUL flight.

That is normally the case (same with Scoot). Always better to book each leg individually.
