I was playing around with Skyscanner the other day on ways to get in / out of Cuba and Air China popped up - thought it was weird but go the Chinese - they even have a Chinatown in Havana, we ate there a few years back and was the worst chinese I have ever eaten

As the waiters / chef etc didnt look Chinese, we gave the Chinese restaurants in Habana a pass

We know some locals there and they wanted to take us to the best Chinese restaurant in town - I had low expectations before I went and come out still disappointed. I hear that the food has vastly improved since I was there though, so fingers crossed that holds true. Have locked in some flights to Havana this coming July.

Fusion of Chinese and Caribbean cuisines, I guess...neither Chinese nor Cuban.
