Apologies if the answer to the following seems to be obvious however I cant seem to find definite answers.

my parents are flying to Port Moresby, SYD-BNE-POM Air Niugini PX006 and returning POM-BNE Air Nuigini PX003. I have noticed that both these flights are QF codeshare (QF351 & QF 350 respectively)

First, I have a couple of QP complimentary invites that I want to give them - will they be allowed to use them with their Air Niugini BP?

Second, are they able to earn QFF points for these flights? I dont actually know what class they are booked in - if that will makes any difference!

Third, are these flights actually on Air Niugini metal? (probably the dumbest question   )

Cheers

Unlikely to be able to use the Qantas passes - but like everything if you don't try, you won't know!. Earlier Qantas Club passes didn't seem to have restrictions on flying Qantas that day - but I believe the newer ones (and the ones I assume you have) do.

FF Points (not status credits) are earnable on eligible flights. See the table here: Frequent Flyer - About the Program - Terms & Conditions

I believe they are on Air Niugini metal.

cheers Mal

at least there is a good chance that they will earn some QFF points

They are having a stop over in BNE on the way back before returning to ADL so maybe I should persaud them to fly back to ADL on QF to allow them to use the passes and hit the QP (preferrably after 1pm when the brew is flowing ;) )

They will earn QF FF points if using the PX flight number and booked in BEHKLMSTVWYJ or D fare class. No Status Credits earned if using the PX flight number.

They will earn both QF FF points and Status Credits if they are booked on the QF codeshare flight numbers. Those flights are operated by PX.
