These fares are on sale until 13 October, 2008 or until sold out and valid for travel 01 December, 2008 to 31 March, 2009. A blackout period applies between 6 December, 2008 and 26 January, 2009. Where did you see this? The Air Pacific website says that points are earned for this fare - and the QF website shows N as a booking class for which points are earned.

Hmmm. Looks to be a discrepency on the website.

Not a bad earner (for RDM). 1681mi for AU$199 all in.

Air Pacific says N earns 100% RDM. Of course 0% EQM/EQP since non-Oneworld.

Frequent Flyer - About the Program - Terms & Conditions says "Status Credits are earned on all eligible booking classes."

40 SCs from the table, since it is classed "Economy".

A colleague of mine received their updated NB QF card and in the letter, dated 4 September, it says "As a reminder you can each Status credits on eligible flights with Qantas, oneworld alliance airlines: American Airlines, British Airways . . . Royal Jordanian Airlines and Air Pacific [emphasis addded]."

Since when has Air Pacific been apart of OW?

And it is not currently a member of the oneworld alliance.
