I think both One World and Star Alliance have air pass products for places like Europe, has anyone used one, are they any decent value, is it simple or a pain to get one and are they any cheaper from certain member airlines than others??

30 minutes and counting on the phone to Qantas, mainly on hold, while the operator tries to price up 3 lousy intra Europe flights LIS-FRA, FRA-RIX and TLL-HEL with the dates and all supplied, is this some sort of rocket science that i am not aware of??

Pretty sure i could have gotten an indication of prices of Google Flights or Expedia in like 5 minutes....

Whats the betting after all this cough the prices will come back as if I could have flown to Australia and back??

Just for the record of anyone wanting to use such a fare, and after I'd hung up after 35 minutes on the line, the lady did call me back another 20 minutes later (said the One World desk was the hold up) and the fare was $970...

Unless this is an odd case i'd say don't bother in the future...

Etihad also have one, but similarly they generally don't work out to be great value.
