Air Philippines and united miles questions

So I just did a few flights on Air Philippines, return trip tp Manila and a couple of domestic flights.
Does anyone know of a group other than mahouy miles, that will recognize these trips and give me points?
i had a look on star alliance and one world, didnt see air Philippines mentioned anywhere.
also I have a few miles on united's program, but very very rarely fly united so they won't be much good to me. I thought of using them to buy a watch or something using the rewards program they run, but they won't sh out of the states.

Don't think Philippine Airlines are aligned with any program other than their own.
