I recently purchased an award ticket, that had been loaded on the airlines website (australian) with no points showing, only taxes. I booked a return flight for myself and family, as the deal was excellent. I am wondering though if the airline will honour the tickets - which have been issued, and my credit card debited with the tax amount. No points have been taken from my account. Clearly this is an airline error. What is my position, can the airline cancel my tickets?
