AirNZ-VA break-up [any Gold benefits?]

With the recent breakup of these two airlines, what, if any privileges/perks does a VA gold get with a NZ domestic trip booked and paid on NZ.

Any lounge access etc ?

If it’s after October 27, absolutely nothing.
