Alcohol in domestic J

Not that I'm an alcoholic or anything... but at what time do they start serving alcohol in J domestic flights?'

On A330 I found from when first drinks are served after take off even on the 7.00am flights.

I received a white wine on a breakfast flight, delayed 2 hours, on request the other week.
