I'm embarrassed to ask this but I will anyway. I recently booked jasa bne-lax. I've just now become aware that I could have booked from tsv-bne-lax return for same amount of points.

Logically I think that to call qf and ask for tsv to be added on dep. and arrival back into country is too late as points are already gone but thought I would ask anyway.

Thanks and yes I should have known better.

I've changed arrival ports before. I can't see why you couldn't. However you could always cancel the booking and try again? Nothing a phone call can't find out about.

Thank you Nlagalle, I rang up the call centre and it's all sorted. AFF to the rescue again. :)

Just out of interest, what did they do? Cancel and re-book you without penalty, just add a leg to the original booking? Could you have done this online yourself?

Changing JASAs online is not recommended owing to the way the system sees the value of the points.
