My itinerary from a travel agent says I am flying from Sydney to Los Angeles on Flight 7363 operated by Qantas Airlines. Normally, I am on a Qantas flight with one of two digits when I go to L.A. Am I on an American Airlines plane, crew, meals, et-cetera? Please say no.

AA7365 is indeed the codeshare for QF107
So you will be on a QF plane :)

I would presume the AA flight was cheaper and thats why they booked it. AA codeshare is often booked by agents also in OW products like xONEx to increase the AA content to have AA ticket the fare.

You're in luck.
AA does not operate to Australia.

Instead you have been booked on an AA codeshare on a QF flight

From a dated thread
AA7363 is operated by QF11

That info about QF11 is still current.

SYD-LAX = QF107 = AA7365 (10:20-06:40)
SYD-LAX = QF11 = AA7363 (13:20-09:45)
