Amex Account: What does this mean?

Help me to understand this one, folks.

I haven't paid anything nor made a claim nor contacted Qantas Auto Insurance.

However, my Amex account shows this:



Does this simply mean that 1788 points have landed in my QFF account?

Yes, they have. But – then again – I haven't paid them anything since the renewal notice in April...

What am I missing here?

Is this a QFF card? Would it not just be your monthly automatic points sweep?

Sweep, as in sweeping them from the card into the QFF account?

They have, but no purchase is showing and I haven't made one since April. Perhaps the points transfer was just delayed?

Can you see when the 1788 was credited to the Amex account?
