Amex Customer Service

I just recieved a courtsey call from an Amex rep to make sure I'm happy with my Card and wanting to know if I have any questions I need answered, I would have to say I am impressed by this

How does everyone else find their service ?

Hit and miss... however if they rang me about the card again, I'd like manny here berate them about the points changes and travel insurance on the platinum charge card!

I've found Amex much better than most.

But whenever I am speaking to a call centre, Telstra, Foxtel, Banks etc I always get the person's name, employee no etc that i am speaking to.

Otherwise there is just no accountability.
