Amex help - BMW Application Form still online

Hi all,

I'm looking for a no-annual fee Amex doesn't matter either charge or credit, highest tier possible I guess. Wading through pages of old information is difficult and most offers seem to have been retired.

Here are my high hopes:

* BMW Amex - all references online seems to be deleted now but the pdf application form is still available to be downloaded. Try my luck??

* American Express Gold Charge Card - might not exist anymore or may require referral via Facebook?

Other links seem to end up on the Amex homepage.

Any comments appreciated.

Fairly sure the only no annual fee cards issued directly by Amex are the QF Discovery and Velocity Escape.

Personally, I think the Platinum Edge has sufficient value to offset the fee (in terms of the free domestic flight you receive) by YMMV.
