Does anyone know if this still applies, that QF endeavours to do the transfer within two hours, but no longer than 1 business day?

Thanks.

Thanks. I just seem to recall reading something about 2 hours a while back. It might have been a year or two ago now.

I'm just a little desperate cos there's a seat on QF classic award...

Worst case - just move the points and then they are in QF if you need them in the future.

Sadly I have 35K sat in my QF account for similar reasons...

Can't find anything on the Amex site other than the 1 business day part. CSR told me it's 1 business day too when I called.

That's what they guaranteed - but was usually faster.

Last 3 transfers in past 6 weeks have hit the QFF account within 4-6 hours, longest I have waited in past 3-6 months would be overnight.
