Hi All
I have Amex Plat Personal Charge card, and was already enrolled with Radisson Amex website says I am a premium member and shows my Radisson# Radisson Rewards website show me as a Club (base) member, not Premium Member. Called Radisson Rewards on Aussie # and they told me they can fix it, call Amex AU and they will need to create a new Radisson account for me and re-enrol me. Called Amex Platinum and spent 35 minutes on phone with agent in an offshore Amex call centre who seemed clueless, and she had to keep messaging ? Australia team memebr Anyone know hot to fix this as Im planning to do a stay at Radisson Syndey in a few months and then stay at my pre-COVID regular Radisson Blu Zurich Airport later in year on a Zuerich stopover

Sorry, I can't help. However, a few months ago it seemed Radisson downgraded everyone who had status via the charge card. Most likely a glitch. I never bothered following up as I never stay at Radisson hotels. I wonder if this is somehow related though.

Frustrating regardless.

Sounds like it!

I observed when this happened late last year and the consensus seemed to be they eventually would fix a specific account if you asked. But I had no imminent need to stay at a Radisson so I hoped there would eventually be a broad fix without my intervention.

On Saturday I received an email welcoming me to Radisson Rewards Premium. So I suspect it may have been centrally remedied and others should check if they got the email and/or have been restored?
